School was finally over, and the most anticipated moment of the year had been delayed for hours. Simão was beside himself with joy. He had spent the entire year thinking about this vacation in the Alentejo with his grandfather, and he couldn't wait for the mornings and afternoons of fishing he loved so much to begin. That was what happened every year, and that's what it would be this time too, or at least that's what he thought... Indeed, everything begins calmly and peacefully, as usual... until the point where what should have been a simple stroll turns into a true fight for survival, a cursed trek through territories of horror and mystery. The days spent in the Alentejo will mark Simão and his family forever...
